About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2021"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2021" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2021, No. 16, Art. 144; with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of January 29, 2021 No. 1158-IX of April 15, 2021 No. 1393-IX, of April 29, 2021, No. 1434-IX and of June 17, 2021 No. 1558-IX and No. 1563-IX) the following changes:

1. In Article 1:

in the paragraph the second figures "1.097.546.646", "973.366.651,1" and "124.179.994,9" to replace respectively with figures "1.107.436.779,4", "981.823.034,5" and "125.613.744,9";

in paragraph three of figure "1.335.162.571,9", "1.197.349.674,"" and "137.812.897,5" to replace respectively with figures "1.345.052.705,3", "1.205.806.057,8" and "139.246.647,5".

2. Add Article 11 with Items 10, 11 and 12 following contents:

"10) the value added tax from the goods imported to customs area of Ukraine which is subject to payment according to Item 77 of subsection 2 of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine;

11) the excise tax from the excise goods (products) imported on customs area of Ukraine which is subject to payment according to Item 36 of subsection 5 of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine;

12) receipts from the means which are voluntarily paid by physical persons according to Items 9-7 and 9-9 of the Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Customs code of Ukraine".

3. Add with Article 11-1 of the following content:
