About carrying out currency transactions
Based on part two of Item 5 of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2003 "About currency control and currency exchange control" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDE No. 226-Z:
1. Determine that till January 1, 2026 use of foreign currency by legal entities - residents, individual entrepreneurs - residents is allowed when carrying out settlings with legal entities - residents, individual entrepreneurs - the residents performing transport and (or) forwarding activities for transportation and (or) freight forwarding out of limits and because of limits of the Republic of Belarus, outside the Republic of Belarus, in case of transit through the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
1-1. Grant to the Ministry of Transport and Communications the right within competence to explain questions of application of this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 9, 2021.
