About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of mechanisms of removal of banks from the market and satisfaction of requirements of creditors of these banks

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of civil procedure of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2017, No. 48, the Art. 436):

Part the second Article 149 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. Providing the claim is allowed both before presentation of the claim, and at any stage of consideration of the case if rejection of such measures can significantly complicate or make impossible execution of the judgment or effective protection or recovery of the violated or disputed rights or the interests of the claimant for which protection he addressed or intends to take a legal action, and also on other bases determined by the law";

Part the fourth Article 152 to state 2) in the following edition:

"4. In case of filing of application about providing the claim before submission of the action for declaration the applicant shall make the claim within ten days if other terms are not established by the law, and in case of filing of application about arrest of the ocean ship - thirty days from the date of removal of determination about providing the claim".

2. In the Economic Procedure Code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2017, No. 48, the Art. 436):
