give to holders of cards opportunity of making of transactions when using cards in national segment of the global computer Internet;

provide to holders of cards of the BELKART, Visa and MasterCard payment service providers released by banks, possibility of implementation of bank transfers between holders of cards when using cards;

till January 1, 2022 can release on the basis of procurements of the cards with magnetic strip acquired till December 31, 2019, card of BELKART payment service provider for issue to pupils of organizations of general secondary education;
