Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Regulations on procedure for calculation of the amount of the indemnification caused to the environment and creation of the act of the damnification factual determination to the environment approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2008 No. 1042:

in Item 3:

in part one:

from the paragraph of the thirtieth the word "emission" to exclude;

after the paragraph of the thirty first to add Item with the paragraph of the following content:

"contamination waste of the environment;";

the second to state part in the following edition:
