1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589 "Questions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:

1.2. in Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
in Item 1:
shall be replaced with words the word of Ministry of Labor "further - Ministry of Labor";
add Item with the words "and National council on gender policy under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus";
in Item 6:
subitem 6.8 after the word of "payments" to add with words "provisions of the family capital, financial support by academic year,";
add Item with subitem 6.391 of the following content:
"6.391. participates in development of measures for prevention of violence in family, human trafficking, adverse for children of situation in family, to rendering social services and social support to citizens (families) for overcoming difficult life situation;";
in Item 7:
in subitem 7.1.2 of the word "nation-wide qualifiers of the Republic of Belarus " professions of workers and position of employees " and" shall be replaced with words "The nation-wide qualifier of the Republic of Belarus";
add Item with subitem 7.1.21 of the following content:
"7.1.21. concerning National system of qualifications, including procedure for project development of professional standards and evaluation procedure of quality of drafts of professional standards;";
