Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In Regulations on the implementation of federal state control (supervision) in the field of migration approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 13, 2012 No. 1162 "About approval of the Regulations on implementation of federal state control (supervision) in the field of migration" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 47, Art. 6511; 2016, No. 38, Art. 5555; 2018, No. 1, Art. 395):

a) in Item 2 of the word "using risk-the oriented approach" to exclude;

b) state Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. The state control is exercised in the form of unscheduled documentary or exit inspections.";
