ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation and recognition No. 1089 which voided Orders of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 22, 2010

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 22, 2010 No. 1089 "About procedure for management of the rights to single technologies belonging to the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 1, the Art. 229).

3. Realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed within the number of employees of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Russian Federation and Federal Service for Intellectual Property, and also budgetary appropriations provided to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Russian Federation and Federal Service for Intellectual Property in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions established by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2022.
