About financial support of the orphan children, the citizens of the Republic of Moldova recommended and enlisted for study abroad

For the purpose of financial support of the orphan children, the citizens of the Republic of Moldova recommended and enlisted for study in the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (Russian Federation) and in higher educational institutions of the Republic Slovakia according to requests of the relevant states, the Government DECIDES:

1. Determine that orphan children, citizens of the Republic of Moldova enlisted for study in the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (Russian Federation) and in higher educational institutions of the Republic Slovakia since September 1, 2006 for training have the right to the public assistance according to appendix.

2. The orphan children, citizens of the Republic of Moldova recommended for training for participation in the competition organized by the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (Russian Federation) since June 1, 2006 have the right to cost recovery, connected with:

acquisition of one ticket for the international round voyage on rail transport along route of Chisinau - Moscow - Chisinau;

accommodation in the hostel - 135 lei a day;

food - 135 lei a day.

3. The privileges provided by this resolution extend also to the orphan children, citizens of the Republic of Moldova recommended and enlisted for study in the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (Russian Federation) and in higher educational institutions of the Republic Slovakia in 2005/06 academic year according to requests of the relevant states.

4. To the Ministry of Public Education and youth to sign agreements with the orphan children, citizens of the Republic of Moldova enlisted for study in the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (Russian Federation) and in higher educational institutions of the Republic Slovakia in which the obligation of these citizens upon termination of study will be stipulated to return to the Republic of Moldova and to work according to the profession at least 3 years.
