About introduction of amendments and changes in the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. To add article 63 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code) with parts 4-8 of the following content:
"Dumping of sewage into storm systems of water disposal, except for storm waters:
attracts infliction of penalty for citizens in eightyfold size of the established minimum wage, and for officials - in hundred-fiftyfold size of the established minimum wage.
Dumping of sewage into drainage systems, except for drainage waters:
attracts infliction of penalty for citizens in eightyfold size of the established minimum wage, and for officials - in hundred-fiftyfold size of the established minimum wage.
Acceptance of storm waters in centralized system of water disposal if it is not provided by project documents of works on construction and reconstruction of system of water disposal:
attracts infliction of penalty for officials in hundred-fiftyfold size of the established minimum wage.
Acceptance of drainage waters centralized system of water disposal:
attracts infliction of penalty for officials in hundred-fiftyfold size of the established minimum wage.
The abuse of regulations of use of irrigational systems which entailed them pollution, contamination:
attracts infliction of penalty for citizens in eightyfold size of the established minimum wage, and for officials - in hundred-fiftyfold size of the established minimum wage.".
Article 2. To add article 88 of the Code with parts 3 and 4 of the following content:
"Implementation of entrance and departure on the swimming means used for fishery on the Lake Sevan with / in the territory outside the sites of entrance and departure created or provided for trade hunting:
attracts infliction of penalty in two hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
