The cost of the passenger road haulage performed by carriers of the adjacent states of the territory, border with Uzbekistan, in 2,5 - 4 of time of low prices of passenger rates of JSC Uzbekiston temir yullari and NAC Uzbekiston havo yullari.

For the purpose of creating favorable conditions, the citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan promoting ensuring safe following to the place of implementation of temporary labor activity outside the republic, prevention of the road accidents on the way:

1. For increase in capacity and handling capacity of the rail and air transportation on transportation of the citizens leaving the republics for the purpose of implementation of temporary labor activity:

a) To provide JSC Uzbekiston temir yullari together with the State inspectorate of the Republic of Uzbekistan for supervision of safety of rail haulings:

till May 1, 2018 - introduction of the new directions of railway service to the cities where the high or growing concentration of the citizens leaving the republics for implementation of temporary labor activity is observed;
