About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Partnership State-part Sector"

Article 1. No. ZR-113 "About partnership the state-part sector" (further - the Law) after the word "criteria" to add article 1 of the Law of June 28, 2019 with words ", the procedure of the choice of the private partner"

Article 2. In the Law of the word "PGCh procedures" in the corresponding case forms shall be replaced with words "PGCh procedure".

Article 3. In the Law shall be replaced with words the word "tender" in the corresponding case forms "the procedure of the choice of the private partner".

Article 4. Regarding 1 article 2 of the Law:

2) in Item 6 of the word "the participant declared as the winner" shall be replaced with words "the won applicant";

Item 13 to state 3) in the following edition:

"13) the PGCh program - the program directed to construction and (or) improvement and (silt) operation and (or) maintenance of public structure with participation of private sector which risks are spread between the public partner and private sector and which duration constitutes at least five years from the date of implementation of all precedent conditions (conditions precedent) necessary for entry into force of the agreement PGCh;";
