1. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to transfer to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic the automated information system "Unified Register of Violations" (further - AIS "ERN") with the property and financial resources provided on content and further implementation of this system.
2. Recommend to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic to accept in the maintaining AIS "ERN" and necessary measures for its further operation and maintaining.
3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About formation of Head department of information technologies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 17, 2016 No. 336 the following changes:
