1. Make changes to the procedure for issue of the phytosanitary certificate, reexport phytosanitary certificate, quarantine certificate approved by the order of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation of July 13, 2016 No. 293 (registration No. 43221), according to appendix to this order is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on August 12, 2016.

2. Recognize invalid orders of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation:

of August 29, 2008 No. 414 "About the organization of work for disinfecting of quarantinable objects by method of aeration and works on their decontamination" (registration No. 12361) is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on September 30, 2008;

of December 22, 2011 No. 483 "About modification of the Procedure for the organization of work for disinfecting of quarantinable objects by method of aeration and works on their decontamination approved by the order of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation of August 29, 2008 No. 414" (registration No. 23055) is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on January 30, 2012;

of May 18, 2012 No. 288 "About modification of the Procedure for the organization of work for disinfecting of quarantinable objects by method of aeration and works on their decontamination approved by the order of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation of August 29, 2008 No. 414" (registration No. 24334) is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on May 25, 2012.

The changes made to the Procedure for issue of the phytosanitary certificate, reexport phytosanitary certificate, quarantine certificate approved by the Order of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation of July 13, 2016 No. 293

For the purpose of preparation of the conclusion about quarantine phytosanitary condition of quarantine products sampling and (or) samples of quarantine products for carrying out laboratory researches is performed by the official of authorized body not later than in 7 working days after receipt of the corresponding address of the applicant.".
