Some questions of social protection of the children arranged on the round-the-clock stay in organizations of different types, patterns of ownership and subordination

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that:

1) operation of this resolution extends to organizations of different types, patterns of ownership and subordination: children's homes (including specialized), children's houses nursing homes, organizations of preschool and general secondary education (including orphanages, sanatorium and special facilities of general secondary education and organization of vocational education) with boards (nursing homes) in their structure, shelters for children, the centers of social psychological recovery of children, the centers of social support of children and families, stationary services (departments) of the centers of the social services performing social psychological recovery of children, stationary services (departments) of social psychological recovery of children (provision of services of social psychological recovery of children who are in difficult vital circumstances) the centers of provision of social services small group houses (further - organizations) in which children aged up to 18 years settle/are enlisted;

2) organizations:

provide device/transfer of the child in them on the round-the-clock stay (of one days a week) during which he receives food, the place for lodging for the night separately from parents or other legal representatives and other services according to type of organization (further - the round-the-clock stay) with observance of regulations of the legislation, constituent documents with indication of the bases for device/transfer of the child for the round-the-clock stay, the period of the round-the-clock stay of the child in such organization, the schedule of its return to family (in case of its availability), visits of the child in organization by parents or other legal representatives.
