1. The instruction about procedure for conducting check (examination) for specifications (further - the Instruction) determines general procedure for conducting check (examination) for specifications (further - TU) and notices on change of TU in case of approval and registration.
2. The purpose of this Instruction consists in exception of duplication of the functions performed by republican state bodies or according to their order other organizations in case of approval and registration of TU and notices on change of TU.
3. In this Instruction the following terms and their determinations are used:
state registration of specifications - assignment by Committee on standardization, metrology and certification under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus (further - Gosstandart) registration numbers TU for the purpose of their accounting;
