About additional measures for improvement of quality and role of economic researches in social and economic development

For the purpose of cardinal improvement of quality of the developed initiatives of reforming of the social and economic sphere, effectiveness of the undertaken reforms in the country, and also developments of development programs of regions, industries and spheres in 2022 - 2026 on the basis of scientific - reasonable innovative approaches:

1. Assign to the Center of economic researches and reforms under Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Center) the following additional tasks:

providing on permanent basis evidence-based offers and recommendations of public authorities on places in case of development of the programs directed to acceleration of processes of social and economic development in regions;

development of offers on creation of new production chains in economy industries by studying of the existing resource base on places;

carrying out together with Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent of quarterly polls among the population by the area;

studying of influence on national economy of processes of integration of Uzbekistan into world economy, and also representation to competent authorities of evidence-based offers and recommendations in this direction;

development and provision to competent authorities of evidence-based offers by the deep analysis of the best international practices on development of activities of clusters in the industry;

representation of the business analytics to public authorities on places directed to the solution of urgent problems using modern information technologies and the interdepartmental integrated database;

informing the general public on essence and value of the performed reforms in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2. Agree with offers of the Ministry of Economic Development and reducing poverty, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent on creation:

a) in structure of the Center:
