For the purpose of implementation of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about violations, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of registration of vehicles, installations and the equipment" of June 23, 2017 No. 407 the following changes:

in Rules of state registration, re-registration of vehicles, installations and the equipment, and also the property rights to them approved by the above-stated resolution:

- the fourth Item 7 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"In case of detection of violation of term of registration, re-registration of vehicles registration actions are made after provision by the owner of the protocol on violation constituted by the authorized employee of body for safety of traffic and the receipt on payment of penalty";

- the ninth Item 32 after words of "vehicles" to add the paragraph with words ", except for vehicles with right-hand arrangement of steering";

- add Chapter 4 with Item 54-1 of the following content:

"54-1. Replacement of body by vehicles with right-hand arrangement of steering is forbidden.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
