I. "About providing the rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2015, No. 1, of Art. 1 with subsequent changes) to add the law of Ukraine with Article 9-2 of the following content:
"Article 9-2. Release of internally displaced persons which left or left the place of residence in temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, temporarily occupied territories in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the territory of conducting anti-terrorist operation and/or around implementation of actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, from negative effects of failure to carry out of monetary commitments according to credit agreements and loan agreements
1. Total amount of percent on the credit agreement and/or the loan agreement according to which debtor is the internally displaced person which during the period after February 20, 2014 left or threw the place of residence in temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol or during the period after April 14, 2014 left or threw the place of residence in temporarily occupied territories in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the territory of conducting anti-terrorist operation and/or around implementation of actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, cannot exceed the amount of percent added during the term for which the loan (loan), on the minimum rate defined by the agreement was granted.
