About modification of the Procedure for passing qualification examination by persons who intend to perform activities of the arbitration manager

1. Bring in the Procedure for passing qualification examination by persons who intend to perform activities of the arbitration manager, No. 2535/5, approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of August 13, 2019 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 15, 2019 for No. 925/33896, the following changes:

1) in the Section II:

Item 1 in paragraph ten "freely" to exclude the word;

after the paragraph of the fourth Item 2 to add with the new paragraph the fifth the following content:

"the copy of the document on complete general secondary education provided that such document confirms studying by person of Ukrainian as subject (discipline), or the copy of the state certificate on level of proficiency in state language issued by the National commission on standards of state language;".

2) in appendix to the Procedure:

after Item 2 appendices to the Statement for the admission to passing qualification examination to add with new Item 3 following of content:

"3. Copy of the document on secondary education or copy of the state certificate on level of proficiency in state language.".
