About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 23, 2007 No. 75

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 23, 2007 No. 75 "About implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About hydrometeorological activities" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 32, 5/24626; 2010, No. 118, 5/31768; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 18.10. 2012, 5/36348; 06:02. 2013, 5/36850; 15:03. 2013, 5/36977; 17:05. 2014, 5/38847; 28.01. 2017, 5/43283) following changes and amendments:
1.1. in Item 1:
to exclude the paragraph of the sixth;
to consider paragraphs of the seventh and eighth respectively paragraphs the sixth and seventh;
1.2. in Regulations on the procedure for provision of hydrometeorological information to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection the producers of hydrometeorological information which are not entering into the public hydrometeorological service approved by this resolution:
to exclude from Item 1 of the word "and registered in the State register of producers of hydrometeorological information";
in Items 3, of 4, to replace 6-9 word "Gidromet" with the word "Belgidromet" in the corresponding case;
state Item 5 in the following edition:
"5. Provision by the producer of hydrometeorological information of the hydrometeorological information made by it to Belgidromet is performed based on the agreement on provision of hydrometeorological information (further - the agreement) signed by the producer of hydrometeorological information and Belgidromet's head or person authorized by it.
In the agreement the list of the provided hydrometeorological information, terms, methods, form of its provision, and also the period of operation of the agreement are determined.
