1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of forming of rates for services in the address with household waste (further - services).
Transactions of the address with household waste (collection, storage, transportation, conversion, utilization, neutralization and burial) which are performed in the settlement according to the rules of improvement developed taking into account the scheme of sanitary cleaning of the settlement and approved by local government body belong to services.
In case of introduction of separate collection of household waste in case of establishment of prices/rates for service in the address with household waste the cost of transactions according to the address with separately collected (sorted) useful components of such waste is not considered.
2. In this Procedure terms are used in such value:
The paragraph two is excluded according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 27.03.2019 No. 318;
Expenses on compensation of losses - the expenses arising at the companies during consideration of calculations of rates, establishment and their promulgation by body authorized to establish rates (further - authorized body);
