About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 2, 2008 No. 1269 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration (re-registration) of products of medical appointment and medical equipment":

state the name in the following edition:

"About state registration (re-registration) of products of medical appointment and medical equipment";

in preamble to replace the word of "fourth" with the word "second";

in the Regulations on state registration (re-registration) of products of medical appointment and medical equipment approved by this resolution:

in Item 2:

to exclude the word "main" from paragraph one;

in paragraph three to replace the word "system" with the word "procedure";

the tenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"the registration file - the set of documents created when carrying out complex of the preliminary technical works preceding state registration (re-registration) of products of medical appointment and medical equipment, modification of the registration file on the products of medical appointment and medical equipment which are earlier registered in the Republic of Belarus, and containing the data confirming safety, efficiency and product quality of medical appointment and medical equipment including results of inspection of their production on compliance to the requirements established by the Ministry of Health;";

in Item 3 part one:

state paragraph two in the following edition:

"primary examination of documents;";

to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:

"specialized examination of documents;";

add item 4 with paragraphs of the following content:

"delivered in limited quantity:
