About modification of some Orders of the Government

1. In the subitem 23) Item 2 of the Order of the Government No. 575/1992 on provision of privileges to the staff of divisions of extra risk, the patient with radiation sickness or become persons with limited opportunities (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1992, No. 9, of the Art. 270), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

The text of "500 lei" to replace 1) with the text of "80 percent of the size of the minimum pension on age established annually by the Government";

In the Regulations on payment procedure of pensions in the public pension system, the public social benefits, monthly public welfare payments, benefits, the periodical capitalized payments and the state financial support approved by the Order of the Government No. 929/2006 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 134-137, 1008), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 26 to add 1) with the subitem d) the following content:

"d) to the persons with heavy limited opportunities confined to the bed, belonging to the category of persons specified in paragraph three of article 9 of the Law No. 909/1992 on social protection of the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, and also persons with heavy limited opportunities owing to nuclear testing, radiation accidents and their effects on nuclear objects civil or military, confined to the bed according to article 22 of the Law No. 909/1992 on social protection of the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash.";
