About introduction of amendments to some Orders

For ensuring proper tax administration, according to part (10) Article 132-3 and part (1) Item 8) and part (2) Item 4) article 133 of the Tax Code approved by the Law No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (переопубликован: Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, special release of 8:02. 2007), and also taking into account reduction in compliance of regulations with new structure of the State Tax Administration approved by the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 66 of May 04, 2021 I ORDER:

1. The order of the chief of the Main state tax authorities No. 379 of March 15, 2017 about approval of the forms necessary for application of measures for ensuring repayment of the tax liability (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova No. 85-91 of Art. 622 of March 24, 2017) to change as follows:

1) in Item 8 of the word "division into which power administration of tax debts is included" shall be replaced with words "divisions into which power debt collection is included".

2. With subsequent changes to change the regulations on enforcement of provisions of the Order of the Government No. 1275 of December 26, 2018 approved by the Order of the State Tax Administration No. 164 of April 5, 2019 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova No. 162-166, of Art. 818 of May 10, 2019) as follows:

1) in Item 22 of the word "division of administration of debt" shall be replaced with words "division of debt collection";

2) in Item 27 of the word "Head Department of the Organization of Activities of Servicing and Management of Debt (Further GUODOUZ)" shall be replaced with words "Head department of the organization of servicing and debt collection (further GUOOVZ)", the words "division of administration of debt" shall be replaced with words "division of debt collection";
