About modification of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine concerning stimulation of development of industry of ecological transport in Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make to the section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, Art. No. No. 13-17, 112) the following changes:

1. In subsection 2:

64 figures and the words "December 31, 2022" to replace 1) in Item with figures and the words "January 1, 2026", and words and figures "specified in commodity subcategory 8703 90 10 10 according to UKT foreign trade activities" shall be replaced with words and "are classified by figures in subline item 8701 20 (exclusively truck tractors for automobile semitrailer trucks), in commodity subcategories 8703 80 10th 10, 8703 80 90th 10, 8704 90 00 00 according to UKT foreign trade activities";

To add 2) with Items 64-1 and 78 of the following content:

"64-1. Temporarily, till January 1, 2026, are exempted from the taxation by the transaction value added tax on import to customs area of Ukraine and on delivery on customs area of Ukraine of the new vehicles (including made in Ukraine) equipped with internal combustion engines with spark ignition, using only the compressed natural gas methane, liquefied natural gas methane or biogas which are classified in subline item 8701 20, goods items 8703, 8704 according to UKT foreign trade activities";

"78. Temporarily, till January 1, 2031, are exempted from the taxation by the transaction value added tax on import to customs area of Ukraine in customs regime of commodity import, determined by the subitem 16 of item 4 of the Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Customs code of Ukraine, imported by the companies which have, create or modernize production capacities for industrial production of vehicles.

The release from the taxation the value added tax provided by this Item is applied if commodity importation on customs area of Ukraine is performed by the companies specified in paragraph one of this Item for own production:
