The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Determine that checks of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in 2021 can be carried out with use of means of remote interaction, including audio-or video conference.
2. The state control (supervision) body, body of municipal control, by types of the state control (supervision), municipal control, the organization and which implementation is regulated by the Federal Law "About the State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation", after July 1, 2021, but not later than 20 working days before start date of conducting planned inspection in the form of the exit check included in the annual plan of conducting planned inspections of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs for 2021 (further - the annual plan) can make the decision on carrying out instead of it inspection visit.
3. Instead of scheduled inspection the legal entity, the individual entrepreneur are notified on holding inspection visit within 10 working days after the decision making specified in Item 2 of this resolution.
4. The term of conducting planned inspections specified in the annual plan for types of the state control (supervision), municipal control, the organization and which implementation is regulated by the Federal Law "About the State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation" which start date comes after June 30, 2021 cannot exceed 10 working days taking into account features of calculation of deadlines of conducting the checks established by part 7 of Article 72 and part 7 of article 73 of the specified Federal Law.
