Make changes to Item 12 of the Procedure for confirmation of the available working life for the purpose of pensions in the absence of the service record or the corresponding records in it approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 12, 1993 No. 637 (ZP of Ukraine, 1993, No. 12, Art. 273; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 71, Art. 2870; 2016, to No. 35, the Art. 1360), having stated it in the following edition:
"12. Time of detention, term of imprisonment in places of detention and time of exile and on forced treatment is confirmed by references of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and/or references of law enforcement agencies and is set off in working life in the presence of documents on rehabilitation (the certificate of court, bodies of prosecutor's office or preliminary inquiry of the termination of criminal proceedings or the certificate of court of adoption of the verdict of not guilty).
In case of lack of the documents specified in paragraph one of this Item time of detention, term of imprisonment in places of detention and time of exile and on forced treatment can be established judicially.
Work of convicts is confirmed by the reference of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the certificate of payment of insurance premiums in the Pension fund of Ukraine.".
