About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus
1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2006 No. 530 "About insurance activity":
the eighth subitem 1.1 of Item 1 to exclude part;
state item 4 in the following edition:
"4. Approve Regulations on insurance activity in the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).";
in the Regulations on insurance activity in the Republic of Belarus approved by the Decree:
state Item 31 in the following edition:
"31. Insurance companies of the Republic of Belarus shall perform proprietary insurance (except for vehicles, loads, crops and animals) the organizations having the hazardous production facilities relating according to the legislation to I and II types of danger, and (or) such objects performing operation by the conclusion of one agreement of voluntary insurance. The conclusion of separate insurance contracts concerning property of separate divisions of the specified organizations located out of the organization location is allowed. At the same time concerning property (except for vehicles, loads, crops and animals) each separate division one agreement of voluntary insurance is signed.";
add the Decree with Item 31-1 of the following content:
"31-1. The insurance company which signed the insurance contract (joint insurances) other than life insurance, with exceeding of the established standard rate of responsibility (further in this Item - the reinsurer), shall provide within fifteen working days reinsurance of the obligations exceeding the standard rate of responsibility (further in this Item - above-standard obligations).
