1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for registration and issue of temporary and permanent residence permits to foreign citizens and persons without citizenship in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 13, 2008 No. 626 the following changes:

in Regulations on the procedure for registration and issue of temporary and permanent residence permits to foreign citizens and persons without citizenship in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- to state paragraph two of Item 1 in the following edition:

"This Provision establishes procedure for activities of Department of registration of the population under authorized state body in the field of registration of the population and its territorial authorities on the organization of reception of applications, registration, issue and cancellation to foreign citizens or stateless persons of the temporary or permanent residence permit (further - the residence permit).";

- in paragraph one of Item 2 of the word "territorial authorities of Department" shall be replaced with words "Department or its territorial authorities";

- state Item 21 in the following edition:

"21. Issue of the permanent and temporary residence permit is made in Department or in territorial authorities of Department.

In case of the address of applicants about refusal in receipt of the permanent residence permit, the Department or territorial authorities of Department make issue of temporary residence permits.";
