According to Item 3 of article 46 of the Federal Law of December 27, 2002 No. 184-FZ "About technical regulation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 52, Art. 5140; 2020, No. 52, the Art. 8606) and the paragraph the fifth Item 1 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 5, 2008 No. 438 "About the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 24, Art. 2868; 2019, to No. 28, of the Art. 3791), I order:

1. Approve the enclosed procedure for product labeling which compliance is confirmed according to the procedure, the stipulated in Article 46 Federal Laws of December 27, 2002 to No. 184-FZ "About technical regulation".

2. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of the industry and trade of the Russian Federation A. A. Uchenov.

3. This order becomes effective since March 1, 2022 and is effective within 6 years.
