About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 28, 2021 No. 186

In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 28, 2021 "About increase in the sizes of pensions of separate categories of pensioners which are granted and paid disability pensions" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides No. 186:

1. Since September 1, 2021:

- increase pensions to disabled people since the childhood which grants insurance, retirement and social pensions on the basis of the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan "About insurance and national pensions" and "About provision of pensions of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan" (without allowances), in the amount of 20 percent from the established size of basic pension;

- increase pensions to children up to 18 years which are granted social pension on disability on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About insurance and national pensions" (without allowances), in the amount of 20 percent from the established size of basic pension;

- increase pensions to disabled people of the I group which are granted pensions on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About insurance and national pensions" (without allowances), in the amount of 50 percent from the established size of basic pension.

2. To the agency of social insurance and pensions under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- together with the relevant ministries and departments to provide implementation of this resolution at the expense of the means provided in 2021 in the budget of social insurance and pensions on provision of pensions.
