About modification of the Calculation procedure and procedure for imposing of penalties for violation of general competition rules in the cross-border markets

According to Item 11 of the Protocol on the general principles and competition rules (appendix No. 19 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and Item 64 of appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Item 18 of the Calculation procedure and procedure for imposing of penalties for violation of general competition rules in the cross-border markets approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of December 17, 2012 No. 118, to state in the following edition:

"18. For the purpose of implementation of enforcement proceeding the certified copies of the decision on case made by Board of the Commission in the quantity corresponding to number of such offenders go to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of state member of the Union in the territory of which the offender (offenders) is registered.".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
