1. Approve the List and quantity of the oborudovaniye, the equipment and construction materials imported into the Republic of Tajikistan by Dzhazira limited liability company for construction of sanatorium in dekhota Sebiston of Dangarinsky district, exempted from the tax discharge on value added and customs duties (are applied).

2. Under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to provide to Customs Service carrying out customs clearance and control of target use of the imported oborudovaniye, the equipment and construction materials.
