About entering of amendment into the Law "About Property Acquisition for the purpose of Ensuring Priority Interests of Society"

Article 1. Article 7 of the Law of November 27, 2006 No. ZR-185 "About property acquisition for the purpose of ensuring priority interests of society" to add with part 2.1 following of content:
"2.1. In cases, stipulated in Item 11 parts 1 of Article 66 of the Land code of the Republic of Armenia and Item 3 of part 3 of article 22 of the Law "About Management of State-owned Property", in the order of the Government about recognition of priority interest of society, are specified also:
1) reasons for need of direct sale of the parcel of land which is state-owned property or other state-owned property;
2) data of the parcel of land which is state-owned property or other state-owned property.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
