About modification and amendments in the Law "About State Registration of the Rights to Property"

Article 1. "About state registration of the rights to property" (further - the Law) to state part 3 of article 35 of the Law of April 14, 1999 to No. ZR-295 in the following edition:

"3. The bases for recognition of state registration of other property rights of person who is not the owner of property, except for state registration invalid are the documents confirming the bases provided by the law for the termination of such rights, at the same time:

1) state registration of the right acquired based on the agreement is recognized invalid based on the statement of one of agreement parties after the duration of the agreement if the law or the agreement do not provide that after the duration of the agreement the agreement is recognized renewed on the same conditions;

2) if the law provides possibility of renewal of the agreement after the duration of the agreement, then state registration of the right acquired based on the agreement is recognized invalid based on the application submitted by one of the parties within 15 working days after day of expiration of the contract;

3) if the application was not submitted during the term of the agreement, including within 15 working days, stipulated in Item 2 parts 3 of this Article, state registration of the right acquired based on the agreement it can be acknowledged invalid:
