About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

In pursuance of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 26, 2021 "About change of codes concerning criminal liability" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 112-Z

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Rules of the individual (personified) accounting of the insured faces in system of the national social insurance approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 1997 No. 837:

the fifth Item 10 to add part with the paragraph of the following content:

"in case of identification by authorized bodies of intentional not charge and failure to pay compulsory insurance premiums and non-presentation by the payer of insurance premiums of the PU-3 form at the scheduled time.";

add Item 12 with part of the following content:

"The PU-6 form is filled and it is represented the employee of body of Social Security Fund of the population and is signed by its digital signature concerning physical persons on which authorized bodies reveal cases of intentional not charge and failure to pay fees on professional pension insurance and are not provided by the insurer of the PU-6 form at the scheduled time.";

to exclude from part one of Item 19 of the word "once in quarter";

appendix 1 to these Rules after the words "series" and "Name" to add respectively with words "(in the presence)" and "(code)";

1.2. third resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 16, 2003 No. 646 "About authority delegation to the Ministry of Internal Affairs on acceptance of separate regulatory legal acts" to add the paragraph with the words "for certain term";

1.3. in Regulations on the military accounting approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 18, 2003 No. 1662:
