1. No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" to add Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 with subitem 7.5 of the following content:

Provide the tariff privilege in the form of decrease in rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union from 15% to 5% of customs value concerning procurements of reservoirs for the compressed or liquefied gas of the seamless, classified by codes 7311 00 110 0, 7311 00 130 0, 7311 00 190 0 and 7311 00 300 0 CN FEA EEU imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus of no more than 25 thousand pieces and intended for production of reservoirs for the compressed or liquefied gas.

The specified tariff privilege is provided on condition of submission to customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus the confirmation of the purpose of imported goods issued by the Industry ministry of the Republic of Belarus and containing data on the nomenclature, quantity, cost of such goods, and also on the organizations performing their import.
