According to subitem 132-1) of Item 16 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 17, 2017 No. 71 I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Health regulations "Sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to disinfection of systems of ventilation and air conditioning".

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 9, 2015 No. 758 "About approval of Health regulations "Sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to systems of ventilation and air conditioning, their cleaning and disinfection" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 12846, it is published on February 4, 2016 in information system of law of Ad_let);

2) Item 9 of the order of the acting minister of health care of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 3, 2018 No. KR DSM-9 "About modification and amendments in some orders of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 17501, it is published on October 15, 2018 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

3. To provide to committee of sanitary and epidemiologic control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
