About entering of amendments into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. To add the code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code) with Articles 189.26-189.28 of the following content:
"Article 189.26. Violation of the requirement about share of national movies in total quantity of monthly display of movies
1. Violation of the requirement about that the share of national movies in total quantity of monthly display of movies constituted at least 15 percent:
attracts imposing of penalty on the official of person performing display of the movie in hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
2. The same violation, repeatedly committed within one year after application of measure of administrative punishment:
attracts imposing of penalty on the official of person performing display of the movie in three hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
Article 189.27. Violation of the requirement to provision of data on broadcasting and display: at movie theater of the national movie, and also about income gained in case of placement of advertizing during them
1. Violation of procedure for provision of data on broadcasting and display at movie theater of the national movie, and also about income gained in case of placement of advertizing during them:
attracts imposing of penalty on the official of person performing display of the movie in twentyfold size of the established minimum wage.
2. Provision of false data on broadcasting and display at movie theater of the national movie, and also about income gained in case of placement of advertizing during them:
attracts imposing of penalty on the official of person performing display of the movie in hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
