About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of July 6, 2016 No. 33

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of July 6, 2016 No. 33 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure, terms of the direction and information collection about emergence of accident or incident" the following changes:
in preamble:
shall be replaced with words words of "2016" "2016 No. 354-Z";
exclude the words "About Some Questions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations";
in Item 1:
"enclosed" to exclude the word;
add Item with the word "(is applied)";
in the Instruction about procedure, terms of the direction and information collection about emergence of the accident or incident approved by this resolution:

"5. Information collection about emergence of accident or incident is performed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State boundary committee, Committee for State Security, central office of the State committee of judicial examinations, local executive and administrative organs daily.";
