1. Bring in the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of March 7, 2017 No. 148 "About procedure for the direction of notifications to shareholders through depositary system of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 28, 2017 for No. 408/30276, the following changes:

state heading in the following edition:

"About procedure for the direction of notifications and information through depositary system of Ukraine";

in Item 1 the word to "shareholders" shall be replaced with words "and information".

2. Make changes to the Procedure for the direction of notifications to shareholders through depositary system of Ukraine approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of March 7, 2017 No. 148, registered on March 28, 2017 for No. 408/30276, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
