"126-1) development of the list of the state bodies responsible for provision of data on the categories of persons specified in Item 1 of article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About compulsory social medical insurance" and on the foreigners who are temporarily staying in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and being labor migrants and also members of their families from state members of the Eurasian Economic Union in the State corporation for further transfer to information system of compulsory social medical insurance;".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
