1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on the honorary consul of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 9, 2000 No. 659 the following changes:

in Regulations on the honorary consul of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. The honourable consulate of the Kyrgyz Republic means the organization headed by the honorary consul of the Kyrgyz Republic.";

- to add the paragraph of the seventh of Item 1.3 after the words "in the diasporalny organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic abroad" with words ", and also availability of office room for full functioning of honourable consulate of the Kyrgyz Republic";

- the seventeenth Item 2.1 to declare the paragraph invalid.
