About modification and amendments in the Law "About Primary Professional (Craft) and Secondary Professional Education"

Article 1. "About primary professional (craft) and secondary professional education" to state part 3 of article 4 of the Law of July 8, 2005 to No. ZR-164 in the following edition:

"3. Compensation of tuition fee (fully or partially (discount)) in the form of benefit according to the number of places approved by the Government of the Republic of Armenia is given:

1) to the students who arrived by results of tender in educational institution according to the craft or average professional educational program, having high progress by results of academic year;

2) to the social groups provided by the laws;

3) according to the procedure and the size, established by the order of the Government of the Republic of Armenia - on progress, students with points above limiting point of neediness of families, to students from the border communities receiving the public assistance, to the students who were involved in fighting, to the students having two and more minor children, the arrived students with target training in the specialties which are first-priority and important for the state.".

Article 2. To add Item 10 of part 1 of article 15 of the Law after words of "compensation of tuition fee" with words "(fully or partially (discount))".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.

Article 4. The requirement about progress, stipulated in Item 3 parts 3 of article 4 of the Law for article 1 of this Law, does not extend to the students who received compensation of tuition fee (fully or partially (discount)) in the form of benefit from the state before entry into force of this Law.
