About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 985
Based on subitem 1.6 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 2006 "About structure of the Government of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 289
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 985 "Questions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
1.1. state preamble in the following edition:
"Based on subitem 1.6 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 2006 "About structure of the Government of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 289";
1.2. state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve:
The regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus (are applied);
The regulations on Department on aircraft of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus (are applied).";
1.3. add the resolution with Item 1-1 of the following content:
"1-1. Determine:
the list of the state organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 1;
the list of economic societies, shares (share in authorized funds) of which belong to the Republic of Belarus and the Ministries of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus, according to appendix 2 are transferred to the control.";
1.4. in item 4 to "appendix" shall be replaced with words the word to "appendix 3";
1.5. add the resolution with appendices 1 and 2 (are applied);
1.6. in signature stamp of appendix to this resolution the word "Appendix" shall be replaced with words "Appendix 3";
1.7. in Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
