Based on part two of Item 85 of the National protection program of the civil aviation from acts of illegal intervention approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 10, 2007 No. 1295-dsp, subitem 5.9 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 985, and subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 4, 2007 No. 611, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus is DECIDED:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure of preflight examination for the purpose of ensuring aviation safety approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of March 1, 2017 No. 4/54, the following changes:
23, the paragraph third Item 25, Item 33 paragraph two after the word of "documents" to add Item with the words "according to the list of documents for passing of preflight examination";
to be reworded as follows appendix 2 to this Instruction it (is applied);
in appendix 3 to this Instruction of the word "series, name" shall be replaced with words "series (in the presence), the name (code)".
2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2021.

The list of documents for passing of preflight examination
1. On the international and internal air-lines:
passport of the citizen of the Republic of Belarus;
biometric passport of the citizen of the Republic of Belarus;
diplomatic passport of the citizen of the Republic of Belarus;
biometric diplomatic passport of the citizen of the Republic of Belarus;
service passport of the citizen of the Republic of Belarus;
biometric service passport of the citizen of the Republic of Belarus;
national identity certificate of the seaman of the Republic of Belarus;
travel document of the Republic of Belarus;
biometric travel document of the Republic of Belarus;
the travel document (The convention of July 28, 1951 *);
the passport or other document replacing it, intended for trip abroad and issued by relevant organ of the state of civil accessory or the regular residence of the foreign citizen or stateless person or the international organization.
2. On internal air-lines:
ID card of the citizen of the Republic of Belarus;
the residence permit in the Republic of Belarus;
the biometric residence permit in the Republic of Belarus the foreign citizen;
the biometric residence permit in the Republic of Belarus stateless persons;
the certificate of birth (for the persons which did not reach fourteen-year age and not having the passport of the citizen of the Republic of Belarus or the ID card of the citizen of the Republic of Belarus);
the certificate of the refugee issued in accordance with the established procedure in the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
