1. Approve the List and goods quantity and the construction materials imported into the Republic of Tajikistan for the purpose of construction of 10 residences for acceptance of the high-ranking guests near the government residence located on Prospekt Rudaki of the city of Dushanbe, the exempted from the tax discharge on value added and customs duties (are applied).

2. Under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to provide to Customs Service customs clearance of the goods imported according to this List and till February 1, 2022 to submit the report in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.
