About modification of some regulatory legal acts concerning road transportation of dangerous goods

According to article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About transportation of dangerous goods", to the Law of Ukraine "About accession of Ukraine to the European agreement on the international road delivery of dangerous goods (DOPOG)", article 52 of the Law of Ukraine "About traffic", to Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2015 No. 878, for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Rules of road transportation of dangerous goods approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of August 04, 2018 No. 656, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 11, 2018 for No. 1041/32493 (with changes), the following changes:

In paragraph three of Item 2 of the Section I the word "European" to exclude 1);

Item 10 of the Section IV to exclude 2);

3) in appendix 2 to Rules:

words of "The European agreement" to replace with the word "Agreements";
