About standard rates of the charges of service of the customer builder when constructing facilities financed by centralized capital investments

For the purpose of establishment of single procedure for cost determination on functioning of service of the customer builder when constructing facilities, financed by centralized capital investments, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve standard rates of charges of service of the customer builder, technical supervision, managements (departments) of capital construction, directorates on implementation of the target programs and the companies under construction performing construction in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan with use of centralized capital investments.

2. Resolve creation of individual estimate calculations on content of service of the customer builder and their application in coordination with the State committee of construction and architecture of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan in cases when the established standard rates of costs do not provide accomplishment of the functions of the customer builder provided by the agreement at the expense of foreign investments in full and also when constructing facilities abroad.
